CARL Richard Seymour, 29, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching the terms of a supervision order placed on him by failing to attend meetings on October 11, 18, 31 and November 8, 2018. Sentenced to six days in jail.

MARC Thomas Rolfe, 42, of Pitman Close, Kempshott. Pleased guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Toyota Yaris, while disqualified from doing so on December 8, 2018. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a further four months.

TANYA Johnston, 40, Bennet Close, Oakridge. Found guilty of stealing a purse from another person on January 22, 2019. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to stealing a three-litre bottle of Jack Daniel's whiskey on December 1, 2017. Further community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

ANDREW Gerald Watson, 30, of Silvester Close, Grove. Pleaded guilty to harassing another person by making excessive phone calls from a private number between July 12 and October 10, 2018. Community and restraining order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

STUART Howes, 38, of Barn Field, Hook. Pleaded guilty to assaulting another person on February 9, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

DANIEL Tompkins, 21, Burney Bit, Pamber Heath. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on September 29, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £200 in compensation. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MICHELLE Louise Freda Ayres, 47, of Tallis Gardens, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to stealing jackets to the value of £169.98 from the Superdry store in Festival Place on November 12, 2018. Fined £45 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing DVDs to the value of £337.85 from the HMV store in Festival Place on the same date. Fined a further £45.

STEVEN Rex Williams, 45, of Kings Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards a police officer on November 12, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

JOHN Edward Daborn, 67, of Church Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford, in excess of a 40mph speed limit on December 17, 2018. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

CALLUM Lee Gare, 20, of Sibelius Close, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Honda motorbike, without due care for other road users on September 7, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

ASIM Khan, 23, of Mount Lane, Bracknell. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, on the M3 in excess of the 70mph speed limit on December 18, 2018. Fined £639 and ordered to pay £63 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

BENJAMIN Frederick Davies, 32, of Carleton Close, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without due care or attention causing a collision on July 4, 2018. Fined £426 and ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
