A FAMILY has said 'the sun has left their solar system' after the death of a woman in a car crash last weekend.

Linda Warwick, 61, died in a collision which took place at around 2.15pm on Sunday, 24 February near the junction of the A30 and Grange Lane in Hartley Wintney.

Linda, of Keats Close, Basingstoke, was the driver of a red Suzuki Alto which was involved in a collision with a black Audi A4.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her family have today released a tribute which read: “Linda was a much-beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister to all her family.

“Her competence and humanity was appreciated and liked by her many friends, colleagues, and all who had dealings with her.

“The sun has left our solar system. We are bereft.”

Police would still like to hear from anyone who saw the collision and the moments leading up to it.
