AFTER taking over Waterstones in Festival Place earlier this month, the Basingstoke Cosplay Collective showed off their costumes again at the weekend.
Basingstoke’s witches, wizards and even Muggles descended on Basingstoke Discovery Centre on Saturday to take part in Harry Potter-themed activities.
The Cosplay Collective were in full force, dressed as characters from the films, and in a packed-out event, they hosted activities based around the book and film series.
House sorting, colouring, owl making, wizard chess and reading the books were all the order of the day as adults and children of all ages filled out the centre to take part.
This follows on from the group’s takeover of the Waterstones store in Festival Place on February 7 and the collective is gearing up for more appearances.
