SARAH Jayne Ratcliff, 37, of Winklebury Way, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to stealing 17 bottles of wine to the value of £137.76 from a Shell garage on October 7, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 compensation.

BENJAMIN Graham John, 45, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a non-molestation order on February 5, 2019. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail, suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

CAIN Daniel Thompson, 28, of Dunnett Close, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on June 24, 2018. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

ELISA Rico Nevado, 21, of Warton Road, South View. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on January 19, 2019. Fined £185 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £200.

KIERAN Barnes, 22, of Homefield Way, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to causing damage to a glass door and door hinges to the value of £201 on November 18, 2018. Ordered to pay £201 in compensation and £85 costs.

MICHAEL Stephen Burnell, 35, of Sinclair Drive, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in the line of duty on January 7, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words, which were racially aggravated towards another person on the same date. Further community order made and ordered to pay a further £50 in compensation.

LUKE George Fewtrell, 25, of Barber Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault, in excess of a 60mph speed limit on October 18, 2018. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

MAXWELL Francis Awad, 37, of Gainsborough Road, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on December 15, 2018. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £60 and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

JONATHAN David Townsend, 32, of Stevens Green, St Mary Bourne. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Focus, without the relevant insurance policy on August 24, 2018. Fined £325 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £42 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

ALAN Hockley, 28,of Bell Road, Andover. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Basingstoke on January 6, 2019. Fined £280 and ordered to pay £150 in compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CONAN Sherman Campbell, 33, of Tyrwhitt Road, London. Pleaded guilty to being in possession to a Class B drug, namely cannabis, in Hook on November 13, 2018. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
