FIREFIGHTERS have been dealing with a vehicle fire near North Waltham this morning.
Crews were called to a collision between two vehicles on the A30, Winchester Road at 7.59am today (February 11).
One team from Basingstoke Fire Station was sent to the scene where one of the vehicles was already ablaze upon arrival.
No-one was trapped inside the vehicle, but the drivers of both cars were treated at the scene by South Central Ambulance Service.
Part of the A30 towards Winchester was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident.
The fire was extinguished with one set of breathing apparatus and one hose reel.
Firefighters received the stop message at 8.44am.
