KEVIN Bright, 49, of Harfield Close, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely an Alfa Romeo, while under the influence of alcohol on January 3, 2019. Community order made and fined £365. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.

DEREK Gascoigne, 45, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 3, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BRENDAN Scott Coggle, 32, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of Dino Pinot Grigio to the value of £5.50 from a Tesco store in Chineham on December 21, 2018. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on March 5, 2018.

JON Paul Summerhayes, 40, of Falkland Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty causing harassment to another person by sending them between 400 and 500 text messages of a threatening nature between November 8 and December 14, 2018. Community and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SCOTT Cleeves, 30, of Norrie Court, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, in excess of 50mph on July 5, 2018. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

MICHAEL John Luke West, 38, of Avington Way, Sherfield-on-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop when indicated to do so on September 24, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language towards another person on the same date. Fined a further £60.

REECE Patrick Dimmock, 27, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on January 1, 2019. Community order made.

NEIL Christopher Fowler, 31, of Tobago Close. Found guilty of assault by bearing on November 17, 2018. Community and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £100 costs. Also pleaded guilty to causing damage to a cupboard door belonging to VIVID Homes on the same date. Further community order made.

JAMES Andrew Bowen, 27, of Wellington Terrace, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to damaging an office chair to the value of £50 belonging to the Home Group Housing Association on January 10, 2019. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation.

MICHAEL Burnell, 35, of Sinclair Drive, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening or abusive language with the intent to cause harassment or distress on May 25 and May 29, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

PETER Lewis, 51, of St Michael's Road, South Ham. Found guilty in absence of three counts of assaulting a PCSO on August 1, 2018. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £775 costs. Also found guilty of using threatening and abusive language which was was racially aggravated on the same date. Fined a further £200.
