Scrap metal theft prompts police appeal
POLICE are appealing for information after the theft of scrap metal.
Between 4.30pm on Friday and 7.30am on Saturday, a man pushed over fencing at the rear of a property in Manse Lane, Tadley and stole a quantity of scrap metal.
He then left the scene in a white Ford Transit van.
Rural police officers have also reported further incidents of scrap metal theft taking place in Tadley and Kingsclere earlier this week.
Anyone who saw or heard anything that could assist police investigating the Manse Lane incident should call 101, quoting 44190031391.
