THE Alternative Board Basingstoke & North Downs currently enables over 30 local companies to achieve and excel in their businesses.

TAB is a global organisation, which has been running for nearly 30 years and now operates boards in almost 20 countries around the world. TAB has helped over 20,000 business owners worldwide and launched in the UK in 2009.

Basingstoke Voluntary Action are proud to announce that we have partnered with TAB to deliver a free, one-off workshop to address any significant challenges you may currently be facing as the head of a local charity.

Six chief executive officers of local charities have this fantastic opportunity to participate:

The Alternative Board, taking place on February 14 from 9am to 1pm.

The Orchard, Cedar Room – refreshments and sandwich lunch will be included

Come and explore the value that peer advice and coaching from experienced business owners could bring to your charity.

The Alternative Board supports business owners to take their business to the next level through; supportive advisory boards made up of other local business owners, expert 1-2-1 coaching, and a suite of business tools.

TAB allows you to meet with around half a dozen business owners who will really get to understand you and your charity. They don’t have any vested interest so will give you candid advice and share their own experiences to help you run your business even better.

You will have the chance to speak to the facilitator before arriving and will be able to share your biggest challenge with your peers, to get help in dealing with it.

These coaching and mentoring sessions are designed to give you the time and space you need to gain more clarity and focus. This enables you to build a better business and make better decisions through shared experience and collective wisdom. Facing challenges together, TAB will help you to resolve any issues you are currently facing.
