ROBERT Edward Mooney, 52, of Malvern Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on December 5, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

DAVID Chapman, 35, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to trespassing with the intent to steal on October 3, 2018. Sentenced to 10 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

FRAZER Luke Brabant, 30, of Stag Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to carrying a lock knife in public on October 9, 2018. Sentenced to 16 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody on November 30, 2018. Sentenced to a further two weeks in jail, to run concurrently.

JAMIE William Chandler, 29, of Montserrat Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 29, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £60 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer on the same date. Ordered to pay a further £120 in compensation.

JOSEPH Mhudoa Kai Kai, 31, of Candover Court, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on November 11, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85.

LEONEL Lima, 38, of Moths Grace, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving an unlicensed vehicle on May 22, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £41.67 vehicle excise back duty and £85 costs.

ALISHA Debbie Margaret Lee, 29, of Kimberley Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words to cause another person harassment, alarm or distress on May 30, 2018. Restraining order made and fined £65. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

CHELSEA Alexandra Louise Smale, 23, of Kings Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words to cause another person harassment, alarm or distress on May 30, 2018. Restraining order made and fined £65. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

ROD James Damiral, 45, of Portsmouth Crescent, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot, while under the influence of drugs on October 10, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

PAUL William Ferguson, 43, of Park Prewett Road, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to stealing five bottles of whisky from a Tesco store in Chineham on December 12, 2018. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ROBERT Fowler, 31, of Worting Road, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to two counts being in possession of a Class A drug, namely heroin and crack cocaine, on December 8, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same date. Fined a further £30.

BARRY Leslie Mackay, 55, of Stag Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly at Basingstoke Bus Station on January 4, 2019. Fined £60.

DAVID Mark Uttley, 55, of Ketelbey Rise, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to stealing Levis jeans to the value of £207 from Slaters menswear, in Festival Place, on August 18, 2018. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.
