MARK Anthony Brinkley, 26, of Pinkerton Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to two counts of theft of perfume from the Debenhams store in Festival Place, to the value of £633.20 between October 4 and October 30, 2018. Sentenced to six weeks in jail for each count to run concurrently and ordered to pay £110 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol to the value of £272 from Morrisons on October 25, 2018. Sentenced to six weeks in jail to run concurrently.

DANIEL Patrick Murphy, 24, of Cufaude Lane, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely ketamine, on May 26, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MICHAEL Close Watson, 50, of Millard Close, South View. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot, while under the influence of alcohol on November 20, 2018. Fined £260 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

CIAN Christopher Wright, 24, of Monk Sherborne. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 26, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JOSEPH Harcourt McGlone, 21, of Woodlands, Overton. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully and maliciously wounding another person on September 9, 2018. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

SCOTT Ashley Young, 26, of Queen Mary Avenue, South View. Pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order made by the magistrates court between November 10 and December 1 by contacting someone he was prohibited from doing so. Fined £30 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

RICHARD Emanuel Hylton, 30 of Mullins Close, Oakridge. Found guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a supervision order on December 19, 2018. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £100 in costs.

STACIE Rose Campbell, 25, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching the conditions of a supervision order on December 17, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

EMMA Marie Quinn, 36, of Sullivan Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class A drug, namely crack cocaine, on July 30, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

JAMES Henry Lang, 44, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words causing another person distress on December 7, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

BERNARD West, 55, of Thumwood, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to failing to take a breath test when instructed to do so by Hampshire Constabulary on December 6, 2018. Fined £323 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for eight months.

GARY Andrew Williams, 48, of Burney Bit, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, while under the influence of alcohol on October 21, 2018. Fined £720 and ordered to pay £72 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.

MICHAEL Stephen Burnell, 35, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 17, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words causing another person to believe there was a threat of violence on the same date. Further community order made.
