STAGECOACH has announced plans to change some bus routes in and around Basingstoke from Sunday, 6 January 2019.
Kempshott Park and Hatch Warren will get a direct route into town with the new No 9 service to run straight along Winchester Road and Ringway West to the town centre.
A revised No 8 will give Kempshott Park and Hatch Warren a bus every 10 mins into town and Hatch Warren’s Sainsburys store.
Route 2 from Basingstoke to Tadley via Basingstoke hospital has had its Sunday frequency increased from every 30 to every 20 minutes.
Service 3 will change to stop opposite Basingstoke railway station to give a faster journey with a bus every 12 minutes.
Service 5 to west Popley will run every 20 minutes during off-peak periods, but will remain every 12 minutes during peak times.
Service 7 to Chineham will now run every 20 minutes off-peak.
