MORE than £2,000 worth of fishing equipment has been stolen from a shed in Kingsclere.
Police received reports that sometime between December 4 and December 10 a shed at a property in Hardys Field had been broken into.
Once thieves gained access to the shed, a significant amount of fishing equipment was stolen from within and is valued in excess of £2,000.
Police are asking that if anyone has been offered any fishing gear for sale between these dates or suspect that they may be being offered stolen goods due to the price that was being asked for it to report it to Hampshire Constabulary.
If anyone has any information regarding the burglary or has been offered to buy any fishing equipment they are asked to contact the police on 101 and quote 44180470311.
