THE Christmas spirit has been dampened in Hartley Wintney after decorations were vandalised.
Hartley Wintney Parish Council tweeted today that the lights on the Christmas tree near Fleet Road had been damaged.
The parish council is working on getting the lights back up and running.
If anyone has any information about the incident, they are asked to call the police on 101.
