JAMES Ian Christopher, 32, of Belle Vue Road, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to committing fraud by using a Barclaycard not belonging to him with the intent to purchase goods on December 5, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

VALENTIN-MADALIN Stoica, 30, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing items of cloths from the TK Maxx store in Festival Place to the value of £402.94 on November 27, 2018. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £70 and had their driving licence endorsed with six points.

VLADIMIR Slavov, 34, of Woburn Gardens, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Fiat Punto, without the relevant insurance policy on May 18, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

FULASA Begum, 61, of Winchester Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to dumping household waste including a cooker in Cobbett Green, Brighton Hill on May 15, 2018. Fined £62.50 and ordered to pay £50 costs.

HAJI Abdul Shanoor, 73, of Winchester Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to dumping household waste including a cooker in Cobbett Green, Brighton Hill on May 15, 2018. Fined £62.50 and ordered to pay £50 costs.

JONATHAN Heald, 67, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Smart Car, whilst unfit to drive through alcohol on June 22, 2018. Community order made and banned from driving for 46 months. Also pleaded guilty to another count of driving while under the influence of alcohol on August 13, 2018. Further community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

KEHAN Petersen, 21, of Longcopse Chase, Chineham. Found guilty to carrying a knife with a lock blade in a public place on September 14, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Malcolm Perry, 43, of Malvern Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to speeding by travelling at 36mph in a 30mph zone on June 20, 2018. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

TIM William Flower, 43, of Wells Lane, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to speeding by travelling at 100mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 on October 6, 2018. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

FLAVIA Lidia Tofan, 27, of Hollybush Lane, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Astra, without the relevant insurance policy on August 10, 2018. Fined £126 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Driving licence endorsed with eight points.
