NEW businesses are at the forefront of the industry and one from Basingstoke won through to be judged the best.
Cahn Property Solutions, based in Priestley Road, was formed in January 2017 and at not even two-years-old, it has grown substantially.
Top brass Darren Bluff, Amanda Hudson-Raper and Chris Butcher were on hand to pick up the award.
Director Chris said: “It really was a bit of a surprise to win. We’ve come from small beginnings, and now we look after a massive area, keeping properties in check. We cover a big area, from Bristol to Lewisham
“It’s been great, we’ve grown a huge amount in that time. We started by having just two people in the whole business, but now we are here, and we are doing well.
“We have won five new jobs in the past week, and are continuing to grow.”
The company offers planned and reactive maintenance services to property agents, surveyors, housing associations and private clients. They provide many different services, including refurbishments, plumbing works, carpet fitting and others.
Chris added: “We look to build good relations with our clients, and from there, we hope to keep them, which is very much the key and one of the most important parts of our business.
“It is great to be recognised at the Inspire Awards, and this has given us the drive to keep going further up, and we are really looking to achieve that.”
