AROUND half of normal Saturday rail services will run tomorrow as a result of the latest round of strike action.
Around half of South Western Railway's (SWR) normal Saturday services will run as the RMT stages it latest bout of industrial action.
Rail replacement services and ticket acceptance on other bus and rail networks have also been organised where possible.
A SWR spokesperson said: “We have guaranteed to roster a guard on every single service. Our plans mean more guards, not fewer.
“The RMT union should now commit to resolving their dispute which causes misery for our customers and hard-working colleagues alike.
“We will do everything we can to keep our customers moving and reduce disruption on Saturday if they decide to push ahead with this needless action.”
