JEFFERSON Bogonko Ogoti, 35, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing food items from the B&M Store in Worting Road, to the value of £6.99 on October 11, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

MELANIE Jayne Cook, 43, of South Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to stealing multiple bottle of alcohol from a Sainsbury’s store in Mulfords Hill, Tadley, on October 27, 2018. Sentenced to 21 days in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

STEVEN Paul Ayres, 40, of Stag Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Jaguar, without the relevant insurance policy on April 16, 2018. Fined £120 and driving licence endorsed with eight points. Also pleaded guilty to driving in excess of a 30mph speed limit on the same say. Fined a further £80. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile phone on June 28, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

DANIEL Ron Zurek, 42, of Novello Close, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide the police with information in regard to the name of the driver of a motor vehicle on June 6, 2018. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JEREMY Hyde, 28, of Gregory Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Subaru, without the relevant insurance policy on May 23, 2018. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points. Also pleaded guilty to driving while prohibited from doing so on the same date. Fined a further £220.

DANIEL Christopher Evans, 28, of Kenilworth Crescent, Wolverhampton. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle, namely a DAF lorry, on the M3 near Junction 6 for Basingstoke while under the influence of drugs on May 3, 2018. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

JOSEPH Christopher McDermott, 51, of Castle Cary, Dorset. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A34 duel carriageway near Highclere in excess of the 70mph speed limit on February 18, 2018. Fined £330 and ordered to pay £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.
