Incident in Winchester Road
A WOMAN suffered minor injuries following a crash in Winchester Road last night.
The incident was alerted to emergency services when an ambulance crew was driving past the St Michael’s Retail park in Winchester Road.
The staff stopped after seeing a collision between two cars at 9.02pm.
Police were called to the scene of the incident which involved a Renault Megane and a Lexus CT200.
South Central Ambulance Service treated a 25-year-old female at the scene for head injuries.
After an initial assessment she was taken to Basingstoke hospital for further treatment.
