KIERON Anton Sewah, 27, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing £772.87 worth of items from the Homebase store in Winchester Road, on October 11, 2018. Sentenced to two weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer on the same date. Sentenced to a further four weeks in jail.

MICHELLE Louise Freda Ayres, 47, of Tallis Gardens, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on June 24, 2018. Fined £162 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Banned from driving for 22 months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £162.

JAMES Henry Lang, 44, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to resisting arrest on September 30, 2018. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on the same date. Community order made and ordered to pay a further £50 in compensation.

OLIVIA Majjella Sullivan, 43, of Avington Way, Sherfield-on-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely an Audi A1, while under the influence of alcohol on September 30, 2018. Fined £561 and ordered to pay £56 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

JOHN Sebastian Wagstaff, 36, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing food to the value of £9.85 from the Morrisons store in Worting Road on August 19, 2018. Ordered to pay £9.85 in compensation and ordered to pay £20 costs.

NICOLE Amanda Jacobs, 46, of Flaxfield Court, Sarum Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mini One, while under the influence of alcohol on September 27, 2018. Fined £346 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 19 months.

BENJAMIN Graham John, 45, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to two counts of being in possession of a Class A drug, namely heroin and crack cocaine, on August 15, 2018. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to stealing meat to the value of £5 from Home Bargains in Winchester Road, on September 20. Fined £40.

STEVEN James Carver, 36, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on October 18, 2018. Sentenced to four weeks in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation.

BRADLEY Richard Lyte, 20, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on October 19, 2018. Sentenced to six weeks in jail, suspended for two years. Restraining order made. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on the same date. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation.

RAYMOND Lewis Pearce, 58, of Oak Tree Drive, Hook. Found guilty for refusing to supply a specimen of breath when requested to do so by a police officer on May 4, 2018. Fined £180 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £600 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

THOMAS Andrew Slane, 27, of Woodgarston Drive, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in excess of a 70mph speed limit on July 28, 2018. Fined £315 and ordered to pay £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.
