A SCHOOL has held its sixth annual literary festival
LORD Wandsworth College’s (LWC) Festival of Book Clubs was hosted by the school on Wednesday, 19 September.
Several high profile authors attended including Allison Pearson, Laurie Graham, and Amanda Craig, who wrote the Telegraph’s Book of the Year for 2017, The Lie of the Land.
Tim O’Kelly, owner of One Tree Books in Petersfield, acted as master of ceremonies, talking with the authors about their wide ranging subject matters and more than 170 guests from book clubs attended.
Funds were donated to the Lord Wandsworth Foundation which supports pupils at LWC.
