BASINGSTOKE College of Technology (BCoT) will be opening its doors on Monday, 15 October from 4.30pm to 7.30pm to hold its first open event of the 2018/19 academic year.

Experienced teaching staff will be hand to answer questions and there will be talks on the night to discover more about apprenticeships and to meet the principal.

Those attending will be able look around the college campus, meet current students and see its facilities. These include industry-standard workshops, studios, salons and equipment plus a new travel and tourism cabin simulator training room.

Principal Anthony Bravo said: “Our open events are designed to give prospective students and their families a real insight into college life so they can see what it’s really like.

"At BCoT we are committed to giving young people the skills and knowledge for employment, apprenticeships and university. This is a great opportunity to come along and chat to us about how we can make this happen.”
