MICHELLE Smith, 60, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching to terms of a supervision order placed on her following a period in jail on July 12, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

RAYMOND Jeffery Davies, 49, of Stocker Close, Grove. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 25, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

JACK Ross, 22, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on August 24, 2018. Fined £318 and ordered to pay £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

LORD Nicholas Robert Anderson, 48, of New Road, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Transporter, whilst not being in full control of the vehicle due to holding a mobile phone in his right hand whilst negotiating a roundabout on April 9, 2018. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

MYLES Rey Englefield, 32, of Watson Way, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, whilst using a hand-held mobile phone on February 15, 2018. Fined £233 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

THOMAS Lee Waring, 27, Creasley Drive, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely an Audi, in excess of a 40mph speed limit on April 2, 2018. Fined £543 and ordered to pay £54 and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

STEVEN James Carver, 36, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or language towards another person causing them to feel harassed on August 24, 2018. Fined £30. Also pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a glass door which did not belong to him on September 13, 2018. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

DAVID Raymond Farmer, 40, of Gainsborough Road, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an on-duty police officer on July 21, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

THOMAS David Harris, 25, of Wilmott Way, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to resisting an officer from executing their duty on May 18, 2018. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

JACK William Richards, 25, of Keats Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, on the M3 whilst under the influence of alcohol on May 18, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

KARL Kristian Amor, 44, of Coppice Pale, Chineham. Found guilty of failing to stop for the police whilst driving a motor vehicle, namely a Yamaha Motorbike, on March 23, 2018. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs. Also found guilty of driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on the same date. Fined £180 and disqualified from driving for 18 months.
