A YOUNG boy was attacked and had his bike stolen following an incident in Buckskin.
An 11-year-old boy was pushed to the ground by an unknown man during the incident in Buckskin Lane at some point between 6.10pm and 6.45pm on Saturday, 15 September.
The man then kicked the boy, before stealing his black and green Carrera Vulcan bike.
The boy did not suffer any injuries and the bike was later recovered in Pinkerton Road by police officers.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on a busy road, near to a residential area, and are looking to speak to anyone who may have seen what happened or saw the man riding the bike before it was found in Pinkerton Road.
The man is described as being black, between 20-28-years-old, around 6ft tall, with a muscular build. He was wearing a black hooded top and a red and green Gucci belt.
