Reports of heavy police presence in Grove
ARRESTS have been made in Grove Road this afternoon, according to eyewitnesses.
The Gazette has been told there is currently heavy police presence in Grove Road, Basingstoke.
The road has allegedly been closed with several people seen in handcuffs in the road.
Hampshire Constabulary has been contacted for more details.
