SPECIALIST equipment had to be used by firefighters to tackle a blaze at an Aldermaston industrial estate.
Crews were called to reports of a fire at an industrial unit in Paices Hill at around 11.30am yesterday morning (September 4).
Firefighters from Tadley and Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene, using specialist high-volume water pumps and an aerial ladder platform to extinguish the flames.
People living or working in the area were advised to keep their windows closed while crews dealt with the blaze.
