VISITORS to Festival Place are being given the opportunity to vote for their favourite stores, restaurants and entertainment venues.
For the third year in a row, the shopping centre is running it’s FP Gold Retailer Awards.
The awards celebrate the successes of retailers at Festival Place and recognise the employees who go the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service.
Centre director at Festival Place, Neil Churchill, said: “Our annual FP Gold Retailer Awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of retailers at Festival Place and recognise the stars of our retail community.
“Whether it’s a store that pulls out all the stops to deliver great customer service, or a restaurant that serves the best family-friendly food, we know our shoppers will have their favourites – so it’s time to get voting.
“This is the third year running we have run this popular awards scheme and we are hoping this year will be the biggest and best yet.
“Last year we had more than 6,500 votes and we would love to exceed this in 2018. Every single vote really does count and means a lot to our retailers, so I would urge shoppers to take a couple of minutes to vote.”
Voting is now open, with shoppers encouraged to vote online for their favourite retailers across a number of categories, including Store of The Year and the Service with A Smile Award.
This year also sees two new categories launching, which are: Manager of the year and Employee of the year.
Shoppers will also be able to vote in-centre with a special FP Gold Awards voting form.
Voting closes on Sunday, 30 September, with one lucky shopper who votes receiving a £250 “Golden Ticket” Festival Place gift card to spend in their favourite stores.
Once all the votes are counted, the winners will be announced at Las Iguanas on October 21.
