DANIEL Karl Pettifor, 25, of Sylvia Close, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor, namely a BMW, in excess of the national speed limit on the A303 on March 23, 2018. Fined £450 and ordered to pay £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points,

JAY Jones Stephens, 21, of Cumberland Avenue, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Corsa, while under the influence of alcohol on August 5, 2018. Fined £346 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.

BARRY Richard Wildash, 45, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing a pair of Reebok trainers from Sports Direct to the value of £39.99 on August 20, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £39.99 in compensation and £20 costs.

JEANINA Mikaela Ceausu, 28, of Jersey Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on July 21, 2018. Fined £260 and ordered to pay £300 in compensation. Banned from driving for one year and four months.

CHARLIE Davis, 19, of Hatch Lane, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on August 4, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

ROBERT James Hicks, 27, of Holt Lane, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Seat Leon, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on April 16, 2018. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JESSICA Louise Young, 39, of Woburn Gardens, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on July 10, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £150 in compensation and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BENJAMIN Graham John, 45, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to six counts of theft between August 3 and August 16, 2018, including clothing and a toothbrush, worth £90 belonging to TK MAXX, five bottles of alcohol from Waitrose to the value of £161.50 and two bottle of alcohol from Sainsbury’s to the value of £59. Community order made and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

SIMON Timothy Shopland, 34, of Cliddesden Road, Eastrop. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle, namely a KIA Sportage, while under the influence of alcohol on February 9, 2018. Sentenced to four months in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £450 costs. Banned from driving for four years.

TRACY Joanne Donnelly, 43, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing perfume, clothing and jewellery to the value of £1,074 from the Debenhams store in Festival Place on August 22, 2018. Sentenced to 63 days in jail.

AARON John Rogers, 36, of Western Way, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer in the line of duty on June 11, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £75 in compensation and £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to writing a sign which had a visible representation which was threatening or abusive towards another person on the same date. Fined £120.

PETER James Mullins, 55, of Western Way, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to sending electronic messages where the content was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character on January 13, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ADAM Leslie Henwood, 24, of West Ham Close, Brookvale. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place on August 4, 2018. Fined £123 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
