THE new headteacher at the Costello School was visited by Basingstoke’s MP to hear his vision for the future.
Randall Jull is heading up the Crossborough Hill school after it was taken over by the Bohunt Education Trust (BET) earlier this year.
Maria Miller MP recently visited the school and met with Mr Jull, as well as meeting members of the student leadership team.
During the meeting Mrs Miller and Mr Jull discussed a wide-range of topics about the schools and his vision for the future.
Mrs Miller said: “The new head Randall Jull has a clear vision for the school and a passion for academic excellence. I am certain he will bring even more energy and enthusiasm to Costello.
“He is keen to work with the community and to encourage students to look at all the opportunities available to them.”
Whilst at the school Mrs Miller also answered questions from students who form the leadership team at The Costello School and discussed their aspirations for the future.
She added: “I had a great meeting with the students’ Leadership Team, and was delighted to hear their ambitions beyond their GCSEs for A Levels, college and university.”
