SIMON Terrence Mathlin, 29, of Gainsborough Road, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to smashing the windscreen of a vehicle which did not belong to him on June 28, 2018. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation and ordered to pay £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to two further counts of criminal damage to motor vehicles which did not belong to him on the same date. Ordered to pay a further £200 in compensation.

SCOTT Shane Neale, 30, of Spindle Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing a person to feel harassed or alarmed on June 24, 2018. Community order made and fined £120. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation and £85 costs.

CAROL Vidler, 51, of Sandy Lane, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to stealing £20 from another person between January 1, 2017 and June 23, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JONATHON Muttiallu, 45, of Freemantle Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Citroen, whilst using a hand-held mobile phone on January 3, 2018. Fined £230 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

CHRISTOPHER Phillip Cave, 37, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching the terms of a community order placed on him on February 28, 2018. Sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for one year.

REECE Elvet Jones, 35, of Portsmouth Way, Kempshott. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle and failing to provide a specimen of blood when requested to do so on March 18, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and six months. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on the same date. Ordered to pay £75 in compensation.

ANTHONY John Nichol, 53, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour intending to cause unlawful violence to another person on June 29, 2018. Sentenced to four weeks in jail and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to causing damage to a window of a property which did not belong to him on June 23, 2018. Sentenced to four weeks in jail to run concurrently.

CHARLOTTE Ambrose, 25, of Melrose Walk, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assaulting another person on April 18, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
