ANTHONY David Ryan, 55, of Packenham Road, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 26, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

REECE Peach, 35, of St John Close, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a dealer bag containing a class B drug, namely cannabis, on May 19, 2018. Fined £50. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

RICHARD Alexander Hart, 44, of Mallory Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 13, 2018. Sentenced to 56 days in jail and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

MICHAEL Niall Blackburn, 24, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing a pair of jeans to the value of £90 from USC in Festival Place, on June 10, 2018. Ordered to pay £90 compensation and £25 costs.

MARC Lawrence Roby Bone, 30, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, which made another person feel distressed and alarmed and likely to cause harassment. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

KATARZYNA Kwasniak, 35, of Beckett Gardens, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath when indicated to do so on June 21, 2018. Fined £170 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

DESMOND Francis Purtill, 60, of Byes Lane, Silchester. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 20, 2018. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

REECE Steven Sherlock, 19, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing Foster’s lager from Sainsbury’s to the value of £10 on May 31, 2018. Ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

RICHARD Trodd, 35, of Stagg Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on December 23, 2017. Community order made. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JESSICA Bethany Raybould, 23, of Bernstein Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on June 9, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £400 in compensation.

JOAQUIM Terras, 59, of Cromwell Close, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 27, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and two months.

JAMES Andrew Kelly, 28, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on June 13, 2018. Fined £450 and ordered to pay £200 in compensation. Also ordered to pay £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BRANDON James Taylor, 19, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 8, 2018. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

TANYA Johnston, 39, of Bennet Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on June 7, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

ANDREW Derrik Nish, 48, of Cairngorm Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage to a communal entrance door to a Sovereign Housing building to the value of £756.20 on August 31, 2017. Ordered to pay £756.20 in compensation.

JOHN Daniel Sheppard, 51, of no fixed abode. Found guilty of assault by beating on June 15, 2018. Sentenced to 28 days in jail and ordered to pay £115 costs. Also pleaded guilty to contacting someone he was prohibited from doing so on the same date. Sentenced to 28 days in jail to run concurrently.
