JUAN-PIERRE Paris, 35, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Astra, in Andover Road in excess of the 40mph speed limit on January 12, 2018. Fined £440 and driving licence endorsed. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

DAMIEN Bendelow, 18, of Bennett Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour which caused another person to feel harassed and alarmed on June 16, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £42.50 costs.

JIMMY Wayne Brazil, 25, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of merlot worth £5 and a Cornish pasty worth £1 from a Tesco store on March 30, 2018. Sentenced to one week in jail. Also found guilty of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour which caused another person to feel intimidated or believe there was a threat of violence on the same date. Sentenced to a further four weeks in jail to run consecutively and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

KEVIN Poole, 66, of Goddards Close, Sherfield-on-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Land Rover Freelander, whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 16, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

BRADLEY Cole, 20, of Bennett Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour which caused another person to feel harassed and alarmed on June 16, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £42.50 costs.

MICHAEL John Mann, 70, of Thackhams Lane, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volvo, whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 16, 2018. Fined £260 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years and three months.

LOUIS George Timms, 21, of The Spinney, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 17, 2018. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

KEVIN John Cassell, 25, of Tallis Gardens, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to stealing items from a Co-op store to the value of £42.95 on March 17, 2018. Ordered to pay £42.95 in compensation and £20 costs.

JOE Bradley Cuthbert, 21, of Skippetts Gardens, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to making a phone call to another person where the conversation was indecent or grossly offensive in nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient on May 6, 2018. Community order made and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

SHANE Robert Webb, 34, of no fixed abode. Found guilty of carrying a bladed article in public on March 25, 2018. Sentenced to two weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

ENGELHARDT Masaonganda Mas Kahuure, 24, of Langbourne Street, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Fiesta, whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 30, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for one year and seven months.

ASHLEY Ross Maasik, 32, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class A drug on November 11, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

SAMUEL Lee Oakley, 26, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka from Sainsbury’s on May 27, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing meat to the value of £35.94 from Aldi on the same date. Fined a further £40.

PETER May Deacon, 50, of Melrose Walk, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 14, 2018. Community order made and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
