Further space has been let at a Basing View office with an internet security firm based in America moving in.
Space at Matrix House, by Savills and Hollis Hockley to SonicWall, a trusted security partner protecting more than 1 million networks worldwide.
The California-based company, has agreed to a new five-year lease for the 2,775 sq ft recently refurbished office suite, which boasts exposed services as part of an edgy new fit-out.
Rob Pearson, associate director in the south east office agency team for Savills, said: “The fact that the space let almost immediately following the completion of the refurbishment works proves that more daring fit-outs are not limited to areas like Shoreditch. By improving its amenity with the creation of a café and gym, Matrix House has successfully differentiated itself from other buildings in the market and as a result has continued to attract high calibre occupiers such as SonicWall.”
