STEVEN Robert Phillips, 48, of Kelvin Hill, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot 207, whilst under the influence of alcohol on May 25, 2018. Fined £480 and ordered to pay £48 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year.

JASON Paul Hughes, 39, of Belle Vue Road, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on May 27, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and two months.

ANDREW David Budd, 52, of Baughurst Road, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on March 12, 2018. Sentenced to 10 weeks in jail, suspended for two years. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Martin Coates, 47, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on April 7, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DURSAN Dogdu, 42, Priestley Road, Houndmills. Pleaded guilty to dishonestly making a statement or representation to the Department for Work and Pensions which was false, on April 4 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

COURTNEY Adele Hance, 23, of Elmwood Way, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst using a handheld mobile phone on November 4, 2017. Fined £85 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

LOUIS Champion, 28, of Mallory Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault, without the relevant insurance policy on October 20, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for nine months.

CHARLES Ayres, 42, of Hulfords Lane, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, whilst under the influence of alcohol on May 26, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

BARRY Richard Wildash, 45, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of aftershave to the value of £52.50 from Debenhams in Festival Place on May 22, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.
