OLUWATOYIN Oluwakayode Adelakun, 52, of Chaldon Green, Lychpit. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely an Audi, on the A339 without the relevant insurance policy on June 21, 2017. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

CHRISTOPHER Lowe, 30, of Winterthur Way, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW 1 series, on the M3 in excess of the 70mph speed limit on July 20, 2017. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

ANDREW William Smale, 51, of Gregory Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volvo, on the M3 while using a handheld mobile phone on July 26, 2017. Fined £145 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

MAGDALENA Pyra, 31, of Edmund Court, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, on the M3 in excess of the 70mph speed limit on July 2, 2017. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 cost. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

JEMMA Deann Paterson, 26, of Priestley Road, Houndmills. Pleaded guilty to stealing perfume to the value of £126 from Boots in Festival Place on October 10, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

HENRY Phillips, 75, of Blackdown Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an on-duty police officer on October 13, 2017. Fined £159 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing a police officer on the same day. No further action was made.

LEWIS Brian Williams, 25, of  no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class A drug, namely cocaine, on March 15, 2017. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JAMIE William Chandler, 28, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 30, 2018. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to 44 counts of causing unlawful damage to motor vehicles including a Vauxhall Insignia, Volkswagen Polo and Nissan Qashqai on September 24, 2017. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail to run concurrently with the first incident.

GARVEY Macauley, 32, of Barbel Avenue, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagon Golf, in Barbel Avenue whilst under the influence of cannabis on November 2, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for one year and six months.

JOHN Benjamin Ireland, 46, of Bach Close, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault, without the relevant insurance policy on July 20, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
