THE MCDONALD’S restaurant in Brighton Hill Retail Park, owned by local franchisee Tony Bennett, has received a major digital makeover that has created 20 jobs for the local area.
The restaurant re-opened for business on the 28th of November, innovations were led by improving the customer experience, these major digital changes will benefit all.
The speed and ease of ordering has been improved as customers now have the option to use one of six self-order kiosks, these allow customers to browse the menu, personalise their meals and look and look at nutritional information.
Other improvements include table service, which has previously received very positive reviews from customers due to the decrease of stress in finding somewhere to sit with children, bags and buggies.
The McDonald’s can be found in Brighton Hill Retail Park in Winchester Road.
