FARMERS, butchers, produce providers and buyers attended a networking event to learn more about the Hampshire market.
Hampshire Fare’s latest networking event was held at the Newlyns Farm Shop, in North Warnborough.
The event was held on Wednesday, 15 November at Newlyns’ Cookery School, with a turnout of more than 40 members.
The event started with a brief talk about Newlyns and then a tour around the farm shop, deli, butchery and café.
It was an opportunity for producers to show off their products and start conversations with fellow members.
Terry Tarrant, shop manager, said: “It was a very successful and enjoyable evening with plenty of people chatting to each other, and it also gave me the opportunity to meet a number of new producers and talk to various business owners.”
