A TEAM of serving personnel at RAF Odiham have taken part in a gruelling 12-hour Cross Fit Challenge in aid of charity.
The team of 13 worked up a sweat whilst undertaking the challenge, comprising of 12 gruelling workouts on the hour, every hour.
The challenge involved Olympic weightlifting, endurance work, gymnastics.
The initiative raised more than £100 in sponsorship, which will be going to the RAF Benevolent Fund The workout was led by 30-year-old Corporal Chris Spicer. He aimed to promote functional fitness on station while raising money.
