RESIDENTS are being warned of a possible scam being carried out in Cliddesden after three men were seen selling cheap jewellery at overly-inflated prices.
At approximately 1pm on Monday, a blue Honda was seen on the B3064 near Cliddesden with three males inside who said they had ran out of fuel.
One of the men, described as smartly dressed, stood outside the vehicle asking for money.
Hampshire Constabulary has said the men, who it described as being of Asian appearance, would then attempt to sell cheap jewellery but at an expensive price as part exchange.
