PAUL Leslie Willard, 42, of Ridleys Piece, South Warnborough. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on May 29, 2016. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

CONNOR Tingle, 21, of Rectory Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to refusing to stop a Ford KA, in Kingsley Road, on May 28, 2016, when instructed to do so by an officer. Fined £200. Also pleaded guilty to driving without a license and insurance. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and received six points on his driver’s license.

RHYS David Warren, 19, of Harlech Close, Winklebury. Admitted to breaching the requirements of a community order on June 15, 2016 at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court. Breached the order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity on April 26, 2016 and May 10, 2016. Ordered to pay £50 costs and a new order made to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months.

ALEXANDER John Anderson, 19, of Edgehill Close, Buckskin. Admitted breaching the requirements made by Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 10, 2015 by twice failing to attend rehabilitation activity. Anderson to pay costs of £50 and original order varied, offender to comply with any instruction of probation officer and to attend appointments.

DEAN Anthony Randall, 41, of Paices Hill, Aldermaston. Pleaded guilty to stealing various items, of a value £78.87 from Sainsbury’s, Mulfords Hill, Tadley on June 17. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Sainsbury’s on June 17 and stealing a bottle of vodka and a bottle of whiskey belonging to Sainsbury’s on June 15. Community order made, to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours and ordered to pay £100 compensation for assault, £42 compensation for the Sainsbury’s offence and £85 costs.

COLIN Aron West, 38, of Milton Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on April 8 and April 22. Pleaded guilty to damaging victim’s clothes and intending to destroy or damage her property. Committed to prison for 23 weeks due to repeated assaults against same victim which involved strangling and significant facial injuries. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £140 victim surcharge.

VICTORIA Emily Wisken, 30, of Breadels Field, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when being required to provide one. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining driving license for 12 months.

ELENA-CRISTINA Dinca, 27, of Malvern Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to stealing two pairs of shorts to the value of £25.00 belonging to Primark. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

MICHAEL Daniel March, 28, of Hereford Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle whilst unfit to drive through drugs. Community order made to include 22 session of thinking skills programme, ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months
