Hart District Council to look into hay baler purchase
THE Cabinet at Hart will tonight look at buying a hay baler to manage a countryside site in Odiham.
The proposal is to spend £47,000 on buying a tractor, grass cutter and hay baler for sites including Broad Oak Common in Odiham.
Papers submitted for the meeting state that Hart District Council is struggling to find appropriate contractors to undertake hay baling on sites it manages.
