VISITORS will be able to see archaeologists and students at work on the ruins of the ancient Roman town of Calleva Atrebatum this weekend.
The annual six-week dig, which is organised by the archaeology department at the University of Reading, is now in its 18th year.
The site will be open for the free event on Saturday from 10am until 4pm and on Sunday from 11.30am to 4pm.
