A ROGUE trader took £40 from a pensioner in Sherfield-on-Loddon after claiming he would cut her hedge.
The incident took place at around 2.30pm on Sunday, June 8, at the home of an 81-year-old woman in Northfield Road.
A man went to her home and offered to carry out some gardening work. He was paid £40 and said he would return in 30 minutes but never did.
Officers have now released an efit of the man.
