THE jury in the trial of William Smith, the man accused of murdering Buckskin man Stephan Hollow, has retired to consider its verdicts.
Mr Justice Burton asked the jury to retire at 12noon today, in court two at Winchester Crown Court.
Smith, 28, of Pershore Road, Popley, is accused of the murder of 53-year-old Stephan Hollow, on August 19 last year, in Blackdown Close, Buckskin.
He is also accused of the wounding with intent of Mr Hollow's 22-year-old son Tyler.
Smith denies the charges, and has told the jury he acted in self-defence.
