A HIGH-performing Basingstoke secondary school will have its next Ofsted inspection deferred because it is doing so well.
Bishop Challoner Catholic Secondary School, in South Ham, was graded as “good” by Ofsted in March 2010. An interim inspection was carried out on January 15 this year, and a report has now said: “The school’s performance has been sustained.”
As a result, the next full inspection will not take place any earlier than the summer term of 2014.
