A STRETCH of dual-carriageway has been partially blocked this morning (Friday) causing delays for commuters.
The A303 eastbound, on the approach to Bullington Cross, is currently affected and has been since around 8am.
It is believed to be due to a broken down vehicle just past the Barton Stacey turn-off.
Heavy traffic and tailbacks towards the Bansbury turn-off have been reported.
One on-looker said it looks like the scene has been "mainly cleared" but a lane remains closed, hence the tailbacks.
Updates as we have them.
