GET Up Close and Personal with local magician Andy Reay at his forthcoming Central Studio show.

The former pupil of Harriet Costello Secondary School, now known as The Costello School, is a member of The Magic Circle and has extensive experience.

Andy was both in-store magician in Hamleys toy store in London and the manager of the magic department in Harrods and he has performed at every major international toy fair around the world including Nuremberg and New York.

This show, at the QMC campus theatre on Saturday, October 19 at 8pm, is a production of his company Fezology, and will feature two other entertaining magicians.

The performance is recommended for those aged 12 and above due to its two-hour length.

Andy, who presently lives in Kings Furlong, said: “My love of magic started on a trip to one of the oldest surviving magic shops in the world, Davenports. They are still going today and now run a magic museum in Norfolk.

"Our show is the perfect evening’s entertainment for anyone with a desire to see magic in such close quarters in a wonderful relaxed setting. You will also get to mix and mingle with the magicians in the interval.

“We offer a variety of performance style and our magicians are funny, charming and technically astounding – and, crucially, hugely entertaining."

Tickets priced £15 are available from the box office on 01256 418318.
