CONNELLS’ most successful sales initiative is back.

The estate agent, which has branches in Wote Street, in Basingstoke’s Top of The Town and in Broadmere Road, in Beggarwood is running its January Sale.

It is offering buyers great value homes for a limited time only so bargain hunters need to act now in order to take advantage of this campaign.

The January Sale is designed to help home sellers take full advantage of the busy New Year housing market.

Figures from leading property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla show a significant upturn in prospective home buyers visiting their websites to search for property at the beginning of a new year and throughout January.

All properties included in Connells’ January Sale have been included in an e-magazine which is sent out directly to buyers, will benefit from enhanced photography and depending on the level of price reduction, premium listings on major property websites.

Buyers are being urged to act fast in order to pick up one of these discounted properties this month.

“Everyone loves to bag a bargain in the New Year sales,” says Connells’ area director, Graham Archer.

“Buying a property is usually the biggest purchase you will ever make so picking up a home at a discounted price will make a significant difference to many buyers, plus the recent changes to stamp duty will make buying a home even more affordable.”
