CANCER Research UK: The recent house-to-house for Cancer Research UK, in Bramley, brought in the wonderful amount of £1,204, which was a surprising and very much appreciated increase this year of £282.
Hard-working organiser Major Denny Grehan is delighted, and thanks to all who contributed and, of course, to the team of helpers who walked round this evergrowing village for this so worthy cause.
TEA at 3: Becky, Rita and Jeanette will be hosting a Tea at 3 fundraising event for St Michael’s Hospice on Saturday, July 14, from 2pm to 5pm at The Old School, Silchester Road, Bramley, where refreshments and cakes will be available.
