ENTERTAINMENT and Social Club: Today, 7.30pm, at the village hall. This month’s film is O Brother Where Art Thou – a Coen Brothers’ comedy starring George Clooney.
There is a licensed bar, a lovely atmosphere, icecreams at the interval, and tickets are £2 a head. Film starts at 8pm. Don’t be fooled by the “Club” part of the title – everyone is welcome, so do please give it a go.
PLANT Sale: This Sunday, brings the loveliness of the Horticultural Society’s plant sale at The Jolly Farmer from 1pm. Perfect opportunity for a plant and a pint!
