OH MY giddy aunt (or arms, as my children would insist) – it’s panto week!
By the time you read this, we will have had our final rehearsal, and be quaking in our slippers, high heels, sandals, and strange pawshaped things respectively, hoping to entertain you all.
Friday evening’s performance begins at 8pm – the doors and bar open from 7.30pm. Saturday matinee is from 2.30pm – doors and bar open at 2pm – and for those of you lucky enough to have got your hands on Saturday evening tickets before we sold out weeks ago, it’s doors and bar open ar 6.45pm, carols from 7pm and the performance will commence at 8pm.
Tickets are £7.50 for adults, under 16s free, from Angie on 475848.
MEANWHILE: Tonight, the WI will meet at the village hall from 7.30pm for a social evening with carols.
ALSO tonight: From 7pm, at the school, the Basingstoke Astronomical Society will be holding their practical meeting.
